Sensors in the CombiMaster® Plus combination oven constantly measure the humidity and the unit makes adjustments to meet your specific requirements. Excess humidity is extracted and the steam generator delivers just the right amount of fresh hygienic steam whenever the climate becomes too dry. 
  

• Programmable control - The ability to create and store your favourite cooking programmes helps to improve your productivity and workflow. The CombiMaster® Plus combination oven allows you to create up to 50 separate programmes, each with up to six steps.

  • Installation - Carried out by our own CombiMaster Plus Oven specialist engineers, this is important as the unit needs to be installed correctly and commissioned fully so that you get the best from the oven.
  • Training - As this is an entry level combination oven training is not offered as part of our overall package - However it is still available through one of our training partners but is chargable, please contact us for more details.
  • Accessories - A full range of accessories are available direct from us. These are not supplied with the oven because again each customer's requirements are different.
